Carlin Elementary Middle School (population 300) is currently in its fourth year of operation and
has experienced tremendous growth as one school community. Carlin School serves the smaller communities of
White Lake, Eagel Bay, Notch Hill, Blind Bay, Tappen, Skimikin and Carlin. Students transition from Sorrento
Elementary School to Carlin for their middle years (grade 6, 7, and 8). Students also transition from North
Shuswap Elementary School to Carlin for their grade eight school year.
